I was given Freightcom’s name and decided to look them up and see for myself how this company worked. I emailed them and was given access quickly to their site to see how I could pick and choose the freight company and corresponding rates. I had a product supplier who shipped the products for me. Although my product supplier had discounted rates, I quickly found that Freightcom could by far outdo the rates I was previously paying, so I took over the shipping aspect myself and I now arrange all the deliveries.

He responds so quickly to any of my emails and texts, and you can even conveniently schedule a call with your account executive to review anything. Cameron was incredibly helpful when I was completing my first C.O.D., walking me through filling it out.

Freightcom in my opinion is easily the best shipping service out there. They offer the fastest shipping within my city, lowest prices by a long shot, and the customer service is exceptional. The pickups make it super easy for me to ship as I don’t even need to leave my own house to ship items.

The Freightcom representative named Hasan is an example of fantastic service as he is always able to help me with quick responses. Definitely would recommend this service over other courier services such as Canada Post who I have had poor experiences with. Freightcom makes my business operations super easy.
