Freightcom Home is a shipping solution that ensures the proper transportation of large, expensive items straight from your warehouse, or store location, to your customer’s home.

Big-ticket items, or large bulky items like appliances or furniture, are delivered with great care by selected Freightcom carriers so that they arrive at your customer’s home in a timely, damage-free condition.

We have worked closely with our customers and vendors to develop an in-depth understanding of the home delivery logistics model. This understanding allows us to address the challenges companies are facing to get their purchased products transported safely into the consumer’s home.

Freightcom Home transports your larger items such as home furnishings, appliances, entertainment electronics, and home fashion items directly to your customer. We have developed three levels of service ranging from First Room and Room of Choice delivery to total White Glove service including unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly work.

From within the Freightcom Home shipping portal, you have access to enhanced freight delivery features such as;

  • Receive instant quotes displaying Freightcom’s preferred discounted rates
  • Select the carrier of your choice, book shipments and generate shipping labels.
  • Track your shipment as it’s delivered to our “HUB” and from there as the delivery continues with our partner carrier to the client’s home address.
  • Trust that the price you see online is what you pay. There are no additional fees for home delivery.

3 Service Levels to Choose From

Freightcom Home has three levels of service ranging from ‘First Room’ and ‘Room of Choice’ delivery to total ‘White Glove’ service including unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly work.

Freightcom Home is currently available across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Montreal, and Vancouver metropolitan areas.

Drivers from every carrier company in our system are Freightcom Certified, which means they are uniformed, professional and have gone through full background checks - so you can feel comfortable when they handle your product and enter your customer’s home.
